Welcome back Bloggers!

What an awesome last week.  I feel like I don't even think about doing my habits anymore. My pickup is the only thing that gets consistently messy so I clean it every weekend before work and if I have other stuff to clean up around the house or my room I usually do that as well on the weekend.

Sit ups and push ups have been regular, except these past few weeks where I injured my hand.  I've been trying various other random workouts to replace the push ups.  Making my bed every morning is super easy and it's just something I do now.

I feel like I've learned a lot about myself and how I build and develop habits.  I better understand what works and what doesn't work and how to maintain them.
